Nice fragrance at a reasonable price. However, customer service is non-existent. My order arrived quickly but with 2 different samples from the ones I requested, which wouldn't have been so bad if one of them wasn't one I had already tried and disliked. Have tried to contact the company by email and through Instagram to see if I can return and exchange, but there is no response at all. I really want to support small, local businesses, especially those run by women, but this puts me off, which is a shame as I was excited to try more fragrances and maybe buy more. If they are not going to send the samples requested, they shouldn't offer it as an option. Just say you will receive 2 random samples.Their lack of communication leaves a bad taste, or should that be smell.

This is my favourite and the only one of my most recent order that’s not for gifting. Great products and same 1st class service.

Absolutely love this scent – beautifully balanced, gender neutral, long lasting, very present without being overbearing, and commented on whenever I wear it! Bottle looks lovely, too, and when I managed through my own fault to break the diffuser, Jess was very helpful in getting it repaired for me. Nice communication, too!

This fragrance is both complex and evolving, yes there’s pineapple for sure, but so much more than that.
The longevity is truly impressive, one application really does last all day.
Elegant packaging, superlative service and all vegan and cruelty-free, what more could you ask for?
