Piper was the wildcard of my recent order of 3 Abbey Perfumery perfumes. I knew I loved the smell of bergamot (and apple) AND cedarwood and the combination of these with pink peppercorn sounded very interesting, so I had to pick this one up, thinking it might be a good summer scent.
I didn't initially love it when just spraying it on a piece of paper and neither did my husband... but turns out that on ME, it's a delight. It is by far the most unisex scent of the 3 I ordered (Amber Skies, Bramble Smoke & Piper) and it smells perhaps the most like what I would expect to smell from a well known perfume going through perfume department in a store.
I struggled between 3 and 4 stars for this one. I like it... but I don't love it. Maybe it'll grow on me?
