Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, all our products are suitable for vegans and none of our products nor the ingredients we use are tested on animals.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch all parcels within 2-4 (if not sooner) working days via Royal Mail 24

How are your products made?

We make all of our products by hand at our perfumery HQ in Derbyshire.

Would a Discovery Box make a good gift?

Discovery Boxes are intended for personal use (though we do have great alternative gift ideas). To keep costs as reasonable as possible, the brown outer box is part of the product - the green insert is secured in the outer packaging to keep the samples safe, please don't try to remove the green insert. The postage label is then placed directly on the box to avoid unnecessary packaging. If you are looking for more of a gift option, we suggest our Perfume Library, which contains all 12 of our perfumes in our signature gift box, a voucher off your full sized bottle and a Perfumer's Guide to expand your knowledge - no wonder it's our best selling gift.
